We will post the calendar for MAISL Executive Board Meetings and the Sports Season Calendar here for your review. All dates are subject to change as the year unfolds, we will attempt to update this page as those changes take place so everyone has the latest information regarding deadlines and timelines for MAISL sports.
MAISL Executive Board Meetings
The normal meeting date is the 4th week of each month, August through May (no meeting in December) although they are subject to change as determined by the Board Chairperson with approval of the Executive Board.

Time: 6:30PM
Who: MAISL School Representatives, MAISL Officers, Sports Commissioners and MAPA Representative
SEPTEMBER: 29th - 6:30PM at St. James School
OCTOBER: 27th
NOVEMBER: 23rd (Tuesday)
DECEMBER: No Board Meeting in Decenber
JANUARY: 26th
FEBRUARY: 23rd
MARCH: 23rd
APRIL: 27th
MAY: 25th
MAISL Committees will meet as needed to conduct business as directed by the MAISL Executive Board, Board Chairperson and MAPA Representative.

Gym Use - No Play Dates - August 25th
Start of Practice - August 23th
Team Registration - September 7th by 5:00 PM
Coach’s Meetings - September 8th 6:00PM at St. James Rosters due by this meeting
Schedules Out - By September 13th
Start of Season
Volleyball - September 18th
Football - September 20th
End of Season
Football - October 30th
Volleyball - November 14th
Winter Sports
Boys & Girls Basketball
Gym Use - October 23rd
Team Registration & No Play - October 27th (may be brought to Board meeting)
Start of Practice - November 15th
Coach’s Meetings - November 16th - 6:00PM at St. James School (Rosters due at this meeting)
Schedules Out - November 23rd (approx.)
Principal Verified Rosters Due - No later than December 1st
